About Us

With two decades of professional experience, my learning journey has been shaped largely by 12 enriching years in the service and telecom sectors, working with leading organizations such as Accenture, Airtel, Tata Tele Services, Vodafone, and Intrado. Throughout my career, I have placed customer centricity at the core of everything I do, honing expertise in corporate customer relationship management, customer retention, and journey mapping. This experience has given me a deep understanding of customer psychology and the ability to design impactful experiences that foster loyalty and trust.

Beyond my industry background, I am an internationally certified behavioral trainer, accredited by the Scottish Qualifications Authority and the National Accreditation Board of Education and Training through the Image Consulting Business Institute. To further expand my professional toolkit, I earned certifications in Neuro Linguistic Programming (ENLP and INLP) from Wisdom Tree Solutions. I also bring specialized expertise in the Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) at the workplace, having been trained by legal experts, conducted programs under the POSH Act of 2013, and earned advanced certification from VLegal.

Over the past eight years, I have worked extensively across sectors including hospitality, power utilities, energy, PSUs, healthcare, manufacturing, and media, as well as management institutes. My focus has been on strengthening customer-facing teams by designing and delivering tailored training programs that address organizational pain points, enhance customer experience, and create long-lasting impact. Alongside, I have also contributed significantly to workplace inclusion initiatives, embedding values of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in organizations.

My mission is to cultivate trusted, people-centric workplaces where employees, customers, and partners feel valued. I specialize in helping customer-intensive industries boost retention, minimize escalations, and build customer loyalty, while also supporting organizations in aligning soft skill development with their vision and values. By combining my expertise in customer experience, L&D, POSH, and DEI, I enable organizations to build confident brand ambassadors and inclusive work cultures that thrive on excellence.

Since 2024, I have also been serving as State President – Corporate Talent Council at the Women’s India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI), where I work to bridge skill gaps and drive soft skills development initiatives for organizations.
